My outings during this holidays have beeen fun Fun Fun Fun FUN.
Went St. Andrews with Ng to get her school uniform mid morning the day before, oooo and she looks pretty in SA's uniform!
We then went on to meet Albert at Kallang before proceding to Changi. Was supposed to go kayaking but that !@#!$@%@#@#$ personnel at the counter refused to let Albert and me cause we didn't bring our cert! ARRGH and she didn't even had a smile on her face throughout the conversation. What a bitch mann. Lousy attitude lousy service.
Thus we took boat over to Pulau Ubin! 2dollar boat ride, foloowed by a 6 dollar car ride to The Resort inside. No kayaking at Changi doesn't mean it can stop me from kayaking at other places right? Ended up at the resort kayaking tanning and talking! But seriously i get tanned faster even without the tanning oil! I'm as white as ever even thought putting on tons and tons of that banana boat tanning oil.
welcome to pulau ubin!
the uncle's first time using my cam. so to facilitate him we decided to squat hahaha
swing from the left to the right!
Met aunty at Changi point to have dinner together with Steven, Uncle Benson and Chong Yeow. Thereafter going to the fishing shop to get myself a rod. A heartbreak! my rod costs $one to sex dollars!
Aunty Fetched us home. And I REALLY LOVE DRIVE ALONG CHANGI COAST ROAD!MANNS REALLY ENJOYED IT!
hairdryer treatment!
To sum it all a Fun day till the extent that,
POP GOES MY HEART HAHAHAHHAA

Alex Fletcher is a washed-up '80s pop star who's been reduced to working the nostalgia circuit at county fairs and amusement parks. The charismatic and talented musician gets a chance at a comeback when reigning diva Cora Corman invites him to write and record a duet with her, but there's a problem--Alex hasn't written a song in years, he's never written lyrics, and he has to come up with a hit in a matter of days. Enter Sophie Fisher, Alex's beguilingly quirky plant lady, whose flair for words strikes a chord with the struggling songwriter. On the rebound from a bad relationship, Sophie is reluctant to collaborate with anyone, especially commitment-phobe Alex. As their chemistry heats up at the piano and under it, Alex and Sophie will have to face their fears--and the music--if they want to find the love and success they both deserve.
This show is a must watch! And, Hugh Grant really lives up to my expectations as an all round actor. MANNN! And this show has one of the nicest songs ever since moulin rouge. "pop goes my heart", "way back into love" and "don't write me off" sounded to be original and beautifully portrayed by a natural lyricist to elude meaning yet sence of humour.
Nice poster to have so conveniently been found by us lurking on the floor.
on that note goodbye :)

Today marks the last day of chinese new year. This CNY has passed by exceptionally fast without my dear Granny around. Come to think of it, there hasn't been a single night without me thinking of her before falling asleep. I really miss her. People always say that its too late to regret when someone passes away and i indeed this is true. But i guess there were days which i really spent quality time with her, talking laughing plus eating. oh well oh well :)
A big big thank you to this two people who have consistently made my days fun and enjoyable.
HOO & NG doing their stuff HAHAHHAA

Chinese new year isn't as high as what I had expected it to be for the year 2007. The mood and atmosphere is just not there. Went to river hong bao with my dad, and i had expected a huge turnout for a big scale event like this, every inch and metre to be packed with locals and tourists. Sadly, expectations do fail most of the time. You can only find majority of the people, only when there is a crowd of people looking at some stuffs, which is so unlike the past where stalls or exhibits during this river hong bao event would be packed with thongs of crowds.
See that umbrella?HEH there were actually like 5 or 6 more umbrellas waiting for the Cai Shen Ye to low out lucky numbers. When the numbers came out in gold colour confetti, you'd be able to see the whole crowd rushing forward, anticipating the getting of "lucky numbers" falling and sticking onto their clothes. What happens after this really sets me thinking that Singapore companies really know how to do business!
Was playing with the visualizer and sorta captured this pic of my FUNKY chem teacher!
THats all! :)

Oh well this sort of sums up my CNY for the past few days. Family closeness? Yupp i guess so. The detah of my grandma has brought everyone closer. Its real nice to see the family togetherness, the chat sessions, the uncles and aunties, the grandchildren materializing in front of your very eyes. I really hope that this would not just be a facade, but something that will last for an eternity.
Oh well cant go around to bai nian. So i'm rather free during this CNY. *hints*
Tml shall be a day of fun! Morning run, followed by relatives visiting from dad's side, then to vivo city to do some shopping, ending with a trip to Sentosa! I really look forward to the bit on SHOPPING. Have not been doing it for quite some time already. PLUS, I LOVE SHOPPING! :)
To sum up " OINKS " !
Wishing Everyone a happy and prosperous
PIG year!

Valentines was spent with Kit, Eileen, Angeline and not forgetting our new friend MR PATRICK STAR. Had an enormous meal of fun and laughter which consisted of two platefuls of whole chicken, spagehtti plus fish and chips! Mr Star just couldn't stop himself from ordering above the sea kind of food. Check this out..
and guess what Mr Star atttracted the most stares and attention from the walk which started from newyorks and ending up at Suntec City. Gosh. Mr Patrick couldn't sit still even throughout the whole show of protege and had to be held down by me. Trust eileen to not purchas a ticket for him! allrights enough of lameness!
Yesterday was indeed a well spent valentine with this bunch of ppl
thanks for making valentines such a wonderful and meaningful day in the year 2007 :)
